Security
Patrol Services conducts Employee Evaluations
on all personnel as well as daily post inspections
that allow our Operations Manager to make necessary
changes or provide additional training.
SPS
regularly sends each client a Service Evaluation
questionnaire. This gives our clients a chance
to critique our Security Officers, Supervisors,
Dispatchers, Post Procedures, Management and even
our Billing Procedures. This evaluation helps
us to better serve our clients needs.
SPS
utilizes pagers, two-way radios, cellular phones
and conventional phone so our management staff
is available anytime through our local 24 hour
Dispatcher.
